What it's like
working here.

Forget what a careers page tells you. Watch the team tell you themselves.

Hospitality without
the hospitality nonsense.

We built this place with clear standards, proper training, and respect for your time. Here's what actually makes it different.

Finish by 11pm, every night

We're lunch-focused. No midnight finishes, no surprise doubles, no "can you stay three more hours?" texts at 9pm.

Hours guaranteed weekly

Rotas out in advance. Your weekly hours are locked in. No zero-hours nonsense, no mystery shifts, no chasing your manager for your schedule.

A team that actually knows you

One site, one team, no rotating strangers. Your managers know your name, your strengths, and what you want next. Real relationships — the kind hospitality should have.

Real progression, signed off

Every role has a defined next step with defined criteria. Promotion is merit-based and signed off properly — not political, not time-based.

One site, Central London

Fitzrovia. Easy commute from anywhere on the Tube. Good area, good walkable lunch breaks, and everything you need nearby.

Free meals on shift

The same food we sell — actual good food, not leftovers or cast-offs. Eat like you own the place.

Find your fit.

Two tracks — Front of House and Kitchen — plus a student-friendly Rush role. Tap any role to see full details and apply. Applications take under 5 minutes.

Asked & answered.

The things candidates actually want to know, answered honestly.

Are hours really guaranteed? Or is it a zero-hours thing with extra steps?
Actually guaranteed. Your weekly hours are locked into your contract — not a "minimum of 8 hours" contract that quietly becomes 4. If we can't give you your contracted hours in a week, we still pay them. No zero-hours, no mystery shifts, no games.
What's the latest I'd ever finish?
11pm, maximum. That's the absolute latest across every role in the company. Most shifts finish earlier. We're a lunch-focused business, not a late-night operation — that's the whole point of the brand, and it shapes everyone's schedule.
How does progression actually work?
Every role has a defined next step with defined criteria. Typically after 3 months of consistent performance at current level, a manager signs off the step up. It's written down, it's merit-based, and it's not political. We also promote across tracks — FOH into kitchen or vice versa — if that's what you want.
I'm a student — can I actually do 6–7 hours a week and no more?
Yes. The Rush Team Member role is designed exactly for that. Mon/Tue/Wed evenings only, 6–8:30pm, £15/hr. It's a real job with real hours — just small, consistent, and by design. Apply to that role specifically, not to Team Member in Training.
Do I need experience?
For Team Member in Training, Kitchen Porter, and Kitchen Prep — no. We train you properly. For Team Member, Kitchen Specialist, and Kitchen Supervisor — yes, some relevant hospitality or kitchen experience is required. Role descriptions spell out exactly what we're looking for.
What if I apply for the wrong role?
Not a problem. If your application is a better fit for a different role, we'll tell you and ask if you want to be considered for it instead. Nobody's trying to catch you out.
How long before I hear back?
We aim to respond to every application within 5 working days. Even if it's a no, you hear back — because ghosting is awful and we don't do it.
Right to work in the UK?
Required for all roles. We'll check documents at interview stage — standard for UK hospitality. If you're on a student visa with the right working hours, the Rush Team Member role is worth a look.

Think you could work here?
One form stands between us.

No CV required. No covering letter. Just five minutes of honest answers — then we take it from there.
